Before you begin, be sure to clean your headlights to remove any surface dirt and prevent possible scratches during the process.

Place masking tape around the headlights to protect the bodywork from damage and prevent scratches. It is also recommended to raise the hood to make sanding the headlights easier.

Insert the drill adapter into a drill or grinder and attach the 800 grit sandpaper.

IMPORTANT: Keep a spray bottle with water and cleaner on hand throughout the sanding process, keep the headlight and the sandpaper constantly moistened with water to avoid heating and possible damage to the headlight due to friction. It is recommended to sand at low speeds.

Sand the entire surface of the headlight evenly for at least 5 minutes with 800 grit sandpaper in a horizontal direction.

Cleans away product residue and dust generated during sanding.

Next, repeat the process using the 1200 grit sandpaper in a vertical direction and then the 2000 grit sandpaper again in a horizontal direction. Remember to keep the surfaces moistened with water throughout the sanding process.

Replace the sandpaper with a sponge in the drill adapter. Add 4 to 6 drops of headlight polish to the sponge.

Soak the entire headlight with the polish by applying the product to the sponge.

Polish the headlight evenly for at least 5 minutes, working the product in circular or back-and-forth motions.

Clean any polish residue from the headlight and any splashes that may have fallen on the bodywork.
